The Hud-1 Has Changed. The Changes Begin with the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) which the lender must product. The estimate must include, amoung other items "Title services and required title insurance costs" You are going to have to produce a variety of numbers early on in the transaction.

We Automated the whole Process
ProGFE is a utility compatible with SoftPro's® Suite of products. ProGFE allows lenders to send a little information from a website, or emailed in an XML attachment to your ProGFE robot.
Then on a computer in your office, ProGFE will create a ProForm file based on your specified ProForm Template. Which gives you full control over pricing. You define the pricing model. ProGFE continues processing the lookup tables that are necessary to develop a response, allowing additional tables for local conditions. ProGFE finishes the process by sending a response to the client, and copying an associate if selected.
This all happens without you lifting a finger. Set it up, and it runs itself.
Currently ProGFE is available for SoftPro Enterprise 5.0 and 6.0 as well as Standard Versions 11 and 12. A SoftPro Select version is in the works, if you have interest in the Select Version please let us know, as we are determining our schedule by your needs.
